There is something beautiful about rust, filth, and moss that I try to recreate within my works. I create paintings that deal with consumption and the use of everyday products that pile up and pollute our surroundings. A lot of my work deals with alcohol consumption and the disorienting perception one gets after a long night out, as well as the filth  that we create through littering. My works are dizzying and covered in splashes of color that may convey the blurring of reality and the negligence towards one's inner experiences and outer environment. I create scenes that are placed at the end of the night, often showing the rambunctiousness of nightlife culture.

My abstract paintings are busy with lines that run over each other; similar to the tagging we see alongside city walls, train parks, bus benches, railings, and trash cans. The process I use within my paintings revolve around layering, and erasing, scumbling, and covering up. The energy within my works stem from the late night environments of flashing lights, loud music, fighting, and late night debauchery. The shifting in attitudes and expressive views that carry on into the early morning create ideas that translate into my work.
